| Pursuant to the terms and conditions of CIS Group’s customer contracts, all Vendors are required to undergo an independent third party background screening. This one-stop solution not only checks your credentials, but also ensures that your company, employees and sub-contractors meet requirements to provide services for CIS Group’s customers. By providing all of your information in one place, this site helps to streamline the screening process and provides you a background check which may help satisfy other business needs. |
| CIS Group requires that this process be completed: |
| •Every thirty six (36) months By any person who has access to CIS Group customer data and/or conducts any business on a third party’s property (i.e. completes inspections in the field, enters data into the system) |
| The Vendor/Company is required to notify CIS Group at any time if the information contained herein changes wherein the Vendor/Company would no longer be eligible in this screening process and: |
| Upon completion of this process, First Advantage will provide you a Photo ID badge which shall be worn at all times while conducting business as a representative of CIS Group. The badge serves as proof of eligibility to represent CIS Group on behalf of its clients. In the event you no longer contract with CIS Group, all Photo ID badges must be returned to First Advantage. |
