Best Practices Compliance - In today's world, employee screening is a necessity. ALTA's Best Practices recommend that checks be completed in the hiring process and regularly conducted for existing employees. At least every three years:

• Obtain Background Checks going back five years for all employees who have access to customer funds.
• Obtain Credit Reports for all employees who have access to customer funds.
  
  

Program Highlights and Package Options for FNTG Agents

Fidelity National Title Group and First Advantage/First Advantage created two screening packages to meet your needs:

1. Credit Report Package:$2 per report

• Credit Report (EQUIFAX employment)
• Scoring Service - client-specific hiring policy applied (prices is per each search/verification; price to score a package will vary depending on the overall scope of the package)

The credit report is a soft inquiry - one that does not affect credit scores and does not appear to other entities making credit inquiries.

2. Criminal Background and Credit Report Package: $25.48

• Social Security Number Verification
• Credit Report (EQUIFAX employment)
• Felony Including Misdemeanor - single index search; seven-year residence history based on given address(es), up to two searches, up to three names (aliases), seven-years deep at courthouse
• National Criminal Record File - adjudicated
• Financial Sanction Search
• Scoring Service- client-specific hiring policy applied (prices is per each search/verification; price to score a package will vary depending on the overall scope of the package)

• Fax Fee (U.S.-based customers only) $5
• Vendor/Supplier Registration Fee (one-time initial registration fee; fee does not apply to 1099 independent contractors) $69.99*

*First Advantage/First Advantage agrees to waive the first 200 registration fees, after which the price will be $69.99 per registration.
